I think that Katniss was mad because she was not getting the attention that everyone else got. She might of looked at this of hurting her in getting sponsors our the overall Hunger Games
I can kind of see why Katniss was mad though. I think she felt angry that she was almost forced to do these games and they weren't giving her a chance to do well. So, she did what first came to her mind to get attention.
I think she was mad that these guys were getting drunk when they were supposed to watch her and rank her, but since they slacked on the job, she decided to give them a reminder to pay attention. -star
I think Katniss is mad because they are not giving her the same attention she thinks they gave the others.
